Ski rental at the Horbergbahn Mayrhofen ski area, Zillertal

From 14:30 on the day before your first rental day, at no extra charge and at all three locations: our main shop in Ramsau, the Sport Lounge at the valley station and the mountain station of the Horbergbahn. That way you start your first ski day without waiting. Important: the equipment is returned where you picked it up – so choose the location that also suits you on your last day.

You already entered your equipment details with your online reservation. Just to be safe, bring your booking code – ideally keep the confirmation email at hand. When you arrive we ask for your name and look up your reservation.

Yes, at any of our three locations. If you move up a category, for example from Silver to Gold, you only pay the price difference.

With our optional carefree package (Sorglos-Paket) for € 30 per person – for the whole rental period – you pay nothing more if equipment breaks, is stolen or lost. For loss we need an official loss report, for theft a police report; without one, the current value of the equipment is due, minus the € 30 already paid. Without the Sorglos-Paket you are liable for the rented equipment up to its retail value – even if you have private insurance of your own; we charge you directly.

Always at the location where you picked it up – by closing time on your last rental day. Returning it to a different location is not possible.

Yes, whichever way suits you: in the shop, via WhatsApp or by phone. Within the week your tiered price simply continues; from day 8 the extra-day price applies.

Yes, free of charge up to 3 days before the rental starts. If you have to return the equipment early because of illness or an accident, you get money back against a medical certificate: you only pay for the days until the equipment is back with us. So bring it back as soon as you can. Full details are in our terms and conditions.

Yes, every item can be rented on its own – the prices are in the tables above. We check your own boots before adjusting the binding, so they fit the binding safely.
